Our client is looking for a Front of House Manager / Accommodation Manager to join their team in Yzerfontein. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and customer-oriented, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities:

Oversee front desk operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction

Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs promptly and accurately

Supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities

Maintain and enforce front office policies and procedures
-
Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

Keep accurate records of guest information and financial transactions
-
Prepare daily reports and analyse data for improvements
-
Manage inventory of office and guest supplies
-
Ensure front desk area remains clean, organised, and presentable
-
Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain service excellence
Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Experience with NightsBridge Property Management System is an advantage
-
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and adaptability
-
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
-
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
