Our client is looking for a Front of House Manager / Accommodation Manager to join their team in Yzerfontein. The ideal candidate will be highly organised and customer-oriented, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front desk operations to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction

  • Handle guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs promptly and accurately

  • Supervise the cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities

  • Maintain and enforce front office policies and procedures

  • Respond to guest inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently

  • Keep accurate records of guest information and financial transactions

  • Prepare daily reports and analyse data for improvements

  • Manage inventory of office and guest supplies

  • Ensure front desk area remains clean, organised, and presentable

  • Train and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain service excellence

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with NightsBridge Property Management System is an advantage

  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and adaptability

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

  • Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and flexible hours
