Description:
- Main Purpose of Position:
The main purpose of the HPE Product Manager is to manage and grow the HPE brand within the company by ensuring product knowledge, vendor compliance, marketing execution, and sales alignment. This includes obtaining relevant certifications, maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing brand administration and reporting, executing marketing initiatives, supporting sales teams, and driving business growth through strategic programs and partnerships. The role also focuses on optimizing internal processes, coordinating training for internal teams and partners, and ensuring alignment with the vendor's strategy to maximize market share and revenue.

· Drive FD/Brand Marketing Strategy
· Own and maintain the marketing contact database
Sales
- Align with vendor and brand sales strategy.
- Support all regional sales teams to grow their contribution to HPE.
- Design and execute sales plays. (Eg. Storage / Edge / Attach Alliances)
- Drive Alliance partnerships
- Analyse and grow run rate/stock and sell the business in all regions (JHB, CPT, DBN, Africa, etc..)
· Increase customer breadth

- Product Management: 3 to 4 years
- Product Manager: 2 to 3 years
Minimum Experience:
· 3- 5 years of previous Product Management experience in servers & storage products
· Technical Acumen
· distribution experience within the IT Industry
