    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Lead and Develop a Team – Manage and mentor Policy Supervisors, set performance targets, and foster professional growth.
      • Oversee Policy Management – Ensure accurate and timely processing of applications, renewals, and cancellations while maintaining compliance.
      • Streamline Operations – Identify inefficiencies in policy administration and implement process enhancements to improve productivity.
      • Enhance Customer Experience – Address complex policy-related inquiries, collaborate with customer service teams, and develop strategies to improve satisfaction.
      • Ensure Compliance & Minimize Risk – Monitor adherence to industry regulations and internal policies, conduct audits, and mitigate potential risks.
      • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with claims, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless policy administration processes.
      • Lead Key Projects – Manage initiatives related to system upgrades, process improvements, and regulatory updates to enhance efficiency.

      • Extensive experience in policy administration, operations, or a related leadership role.
