Oversee the financial health of the organization, ensuring effective management of financial operations, reporting, and analysis. Lead and manage the finance team to achieve financial goals and operational efficiency. Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize business performance. Ensure the integrity of financial reporting, compliance with local and international accounting standards, and accuracy of financial statements. Oversee inventory management, cost control, and asset management processes. Provide strategic input into budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and regulatory bodies.
Experience and Skills Required
CA(SA) qualification is a non-negotiable requirement. 5-10 years of experience in a financial management role, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.
