What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in client onboarding, product rollout, or implementation within the travel industry this is non-negotiable.
- Strong project management skills you can plan, track, and deliver without dropping the ball.
- A solid grasp of process design and execution you're not just following a playbook, youre helping write it.
Reporting & Structure
Youll report directly to the Managing Director. This is an individual contributor role no team management required. Youll work cross-functionally with sales, tech, training, and support teams.
