REQUIREMENTSMatric 3 5 years experience within a similar environment Drivers License with own reliable transport Strong negotiation and closing skills Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders Structured and organised, with the ability to plan and methodically execute sales activities Knowledge of CRM software and ability to use it effectively to manage leads and track sales activities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual in English and Afrikaans The successful candidate must also be willing to travel to outlying areas such as Eastern Cape, KwaZulu Natal or Namibia
DUTIES
Develop and implement a strategic sales plan by pursuing new business leads and achieving monthly sales targets Proactively seek out new business opportunities and build a robust pipeline of leads Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to determine the best mobility solution unique to the clients requirements and provide expert product knowledge and advice Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth installation process for the client. Follow up with outstanding accounts promptly and take necessary steps to resolve any issues Stay current with industry trends and developments and leverage this knowledge to position company as a leader in the market Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture and work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience Adhere to high ethical standards of behaviour in all aspects of your work, including honesty, accountability, and integrity
