We have a position for a Sales Admin Invoice Clerk with a vehicle dealership in Johannesburg.
Duties and responsibilities: Administrative and clerical support to the sales team; Ensuring smooth operations by processing orders; Managing customer records and database; Invoicing sales transactions; Managing administration of stock.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Sales administration, Invoicing or Stock controlling Experience working with automotive systems such as Kerridge, Evolve, Autoline etc. Experience working in the motor industry and with brands like Kia, Ford, Mazda etc. Excellent administrative skills.
