Qualifications & Minimum Requirements:At least 5 years proven experience in dairy farm management Strong knowledge of herd management, breeding, and animal health practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to work long hours and handle physically demanding tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards. A degree or diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field is preferred.
