Duties:Collaborate with technicians and foremen to learn:
The complete workshop processes and procedures.
b. Vehicle booking procedures and effective customer interaction.
c. Technical aspects, including servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
d. Full compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHSA) regulations. Build strong working relationships with the sales team, workshop staff, parts department, and service providers. Requirements:
Grade 12 with a technical qualification (N1/N2/N3); motor trade subjects will be a strong advantage. Valid Code 8 (EB) drivers license. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is beneficial. Experience at a Dealership Service Workshop or a similar mechanical service environment is highly advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer relations skills and a team-oriented mindset. Medically fit with no criminal record. Must reside on the East Rand or within close proximity to the dealership. Having own transport is advantageous.
