This role oversees multiple projects from start to finish, including project analysis, budgeting, cost of sales, and stock loss management, while being hands-on with operations.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting
- Experience on Sage 300 or Accpac
- 3-5 years' experience in a management role
- Must have Hospitality industry experience
