Requirements needed as follows: Administrative Oversight: Supervising office activities to ensure productivity and cost control. Following up from various employees in regards to different tasks for completion or information needed per tender etc. Payroll and Accounting: Printing payslips, liaise with HR contractor, Human Resources: Handling employee evaluations or complaints, enforcing company policies. (Ad hoc) Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies and follow ups on stock queries or invoicing from stock controller. Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external parties. Follow-up thereof, excel and word sheets in regards to contract or African USD markets. Booking Background Tasks:Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate booking records and ensuring timely processing and updates. Bookkeeping (Customer / Supplier invoicing processing/ bank recons), and other financial record keeping and filing. Help with administrative tasks in regards to annual audits Customer invoicing: Per store (multi stores and consignment stock invoicing) Assistant to Financial Manager Functions:
Financial Reporting: Assisting in administration functions in regards to SARS and other correspondence / Quotations / Liasson between various parties . Data Analysis: Supporting the financial manager in quotations (mostly US Dollar quotes) and any ad hoc duties Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies Probation position to become permanent
