KEY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in guest relations, lodge/conference centre operations, booking system management, quotations and management of the housekeeping crew. You will be experienced in ensuring the facilities and gardens are well maintained, as well as ensuring that all the guest requests, specifically for the conference centre are supplied and of a high quality. You will be a collaborator, working well with the cross functional teams in the kitchens, maintenance and operations management, as well as have a keen eye for detail and be able to multi-task effectively Knowledge of supplier management, budgets, health and safety and staff leadership is essential You must have a valid drivers licence, own car and a clear criminal and credit record
