See below requirements:- Matric
- National Diploma or Higher for Payroll Administration (or busy completing)
- Minimum of 3 years working experience with medium - large payroll (300+ employees)
- Must have solid working knowledge of SAGE VIP Payroll
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint & Presentation)
- Knowledge of Statutory returns (EMP201, EMP501 & Tax Directives) preparation and submission advantage
- Working knowledge of SARS E-filing and SARS Easy File
- Working knowledge of Liberty Provident Fund Recon and Submission or similar provident funds advantage
- Working Knowledge of NBCRFLI
- Must be enthusiastic, presentable, disciplined and punctual
- Self-motivated, team worker and a self-starter
- High accuracy levels and methodical
- Strong admin skills / Attention to detail / Ability to organize
- Analytical thinker
- Inspire confidence with shared services team members and colleagues
- Fast thinker with problem solving capabilities
- Must be able to show initiative
- Must be able to work in a deadline-driven, pressurized environment
