SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Relevant Degree Specializing in Human Resources Minimum 3 years management experience in human resources or related function Experience working in a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing environment with exposure to Industrial Relations Experience in talent management, learning and development, and compensation processes, including payroll Key Knowledge and Skills required:
