Job Description

• Drive and Manage sale of wiring harnesses
• Develop and manager effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relations within the automotive industry and electronics
• Lead and mentor sales team if applicable, ensure KPIs alignment and performance
• Prepper and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities and customer needs
• collaborate with engineering and production team to ensure technical specifications and lead times are aligned with customer expectations
• Oversee contract negotiations, pricing and terms in line with company polices
• Attend industry trade shows, client meeting and other networking events
