Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
Expert in Figma, Adobe XD, and design systems
Strong understanding of user psychology and interaction design
Experience working in agile product teams
Ability to balance creativity with user-centered design principles
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
