Description:

Our client, a leading supplier in the South African automotive market, is seeking an experienced Counter-Part Salesman to join their team in Paarl. Requirements:
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a background in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Full vaccination is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and take orders with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide quick, effective solutions.
  • Use your product knowledge to increase sales and educate customers.
  • Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and prevent delays.
  • Maintain accurate product inventory records.
  • Keep the customer area neat and presentable during quieter periods.
  • Ensure each customer leaves satisfied, with all their needs met.
