Job Specification

The incumbent will be responsible for the maintenance and repairing of all New Holland equipment as well as other Agricultural Equipment together with the diagnoses, identifies and rectifies of mechanical problems on a wide range of equipment.

Minimum Requirements

  • Qualified Artisan - Diesel/Tractor Mechanic and must be in possession of a Red Seal Certificate
  • 3 years related experience as a Tractor Mechanic
  • Braud harvester experience will strengthen the application

  • Evaluate and Diagnose Machinery and Equipment
  • Dismantle, fit, and assemble parts and components for a variety of machinery
  • Repair of equipment under warrantee and Pre-Delivery Inspection Services (PDI)
  • Supervise the development plan of the team

Optimisation

  • Report functional information (Timesheet/Job card)
  • Improve personal effectiveness
  • Apply practices, policies, standards, procedures, and methods
  • Maintained workshop hygiene, housekeeping, and safety practices
  • Organise own work
  • Upkeep of Apprentice Artisan logbook

  • Maintain internal & external stakeholder relations
  • Provide critical customer feedback to management
  • Achieved individual and team goals
