Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage the full production process, ensuring schedules are met and resources are effectively utilized.
- Supervise and lead the production workforce, supporting skill development and training in collaboration with HR.
- Monitor production standards and implement quality-control programs.
- Adjust production schedules and processes as necessary to meet changing demands.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HSE, quality, logistics, maintenance, etc.) to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including implementing production management tools such as 5S, problem-solving methods, and World Class Manufacturing principles.
- Organize routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment by the workforce.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) with 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and motivation.
- Familiarity with production management methodologies like 5S, problem-solving, and World Class Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of safety and environmental standards applied to production processes.
- Basic understanding of core production processes such as stamping, welding, enameling, painting, polyurethane injection, and automation.
- Solid foundation in cost and performance accounting.
