We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Diesel Mechanic with strong expertise in generator maintenance and repairs to join our client’s growing team. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair diesel engines and generator systems
• Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance on-site and in the workshop
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults
• Ensure all work is completed to safety and compliance standards
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Occasionally travel to client sites (travel allowance provided where applicable)

Requirements

• Trade Certificate in Diesel Mechanics (or equivalent) – Essential
• Proven experience working with diesel generators (all sizes and brands)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills (mechanical and electrical)
• Valid driver’s licence (HR desirable)
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Commitment to safety and quality
