Key Responsibilities:- Antenna Design & Development: Design antennas for wireless communication, radar, satellite, and IoT applications.
- Electromagnetic Simulations: Perform modeling and simulations using industry-standard tools (HFSS, CST, FEKO).
- Collaboration: Work alongside Hardware and Software Engineers to integrate antenna systems into complete solutions.
- Testing & Validation: Conduct measurements and prototype testing to validate design performance and resolve any issues.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and address design and performance challenges to ensure optimal antenna functionality.
- Industry Awareness: Stay current with the latest advancements in antenna technology and trends.
- Documentation: Produce detailed design specifications, test plans, and test results.
- Manufacturing Support: Support the transition of antenna designs from prototype to production during the manufacturing phase.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in antenna design and simulation for RF and microwave frequencies.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in antenna design tools such as HFSS, CST, or FEKO.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of electromagnetic theory and principles.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Testing Experience: Experience with network analyzers, anechoic chambers, and other RF equipment is a plus.
- Industry Standards Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., 3GPP, IEEE) and regulatory requirements is a bonus.
