Are you a skilled and innovative Product Engineer with a passion for creating impactful training content? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technical Training team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure our products meet customer needs and industry standards. Key Responsibilities:- Develop Technical Documentation: Create and maintain product specifications, user manuals, PowerPoint presentations, and installation guides to support training efforts.
- Training & Support: Conduct training sessions for both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of product features and proper implementation.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with product management, marketing, R&D, and customer service teams to support product development, launches, and product knowledge sharing.
- Content Accuracy & Updates: Review and update training content to ensure it is accurate, aligned with industry standards, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Assess & Plan Training Needs: Identify, analyze, and implement training needs for various audiences, including curriculum development.
- Support Trade Shows & Presentations: Assist with presentations at trade shows, and contribute to customer engagement efforts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience with product testing, quality assurance, failure analysis, and engineering support in product management, R&D, and sales.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of Adobe CC and Articulate 360 is highly recommended.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with training and technical content creation.
