Accountant – KyalamiMy client in Kyalami is seeking a qualified and experienced Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.Key Performance Areas:
Financial Management
- Financial control and cash flow management.
- VAT control and E-Filing .
- Journal control and processing of financial transactions.
- Memo and reconciliation tasks.
Budgets & Forecasts
- Planning, compiling, and evaluating financial data.
Reporting
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
- Managing financial year-end processes.
General Duties
- Handling any other finance-related functions as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a similar field.
- Additional qualifications in Finance will be an advantage.
Experience & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in finance.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and financial transactions .
- Familiarity with financial regulations (GAAP).
- Advanced computer literacy (Excel, MS Office, and accounting software).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities , with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills .
- A self-starter with strong work ethics and reliability.
