Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, databases, and HR systems.
- Prepare and process HR documentation such as contracts, offer letters, and compliance paperwork.
- Oversee the full onboarding, induction, and offboarding cycle.
- Support payroll inputs, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
- Assist with performance management, including probation reviews and KPIs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including interview coordination and communication with candidates.
- Ensure all HR practices are compliant with South African labour legislation and company policies.
- Advise line managers on employee relations matters including disciplinary action and grievances.
- Assist with preparations for inquiries, conciliations, arbitrations, and manage conciliations effectively.
- Compile and maintain documentation required for hearings and legal compliance audits.
- Act as a key point of contact for staff HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Generate reports and HR analytics to support management decisions.
- Monitor HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and compliance deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in a similar HR management role.
- Strong understanding of South African payroll regulations and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
