Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social media, email, content, display ads). Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns. Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies. Oversee remarketing and retargeting campaigns. Manage content marketing (blog posts, infographics, videos). Handle social media marketing (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook). Lead email marketing campaigns (automation, segmentation, A/B testing). Create and edit graphics and video content. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices.Key Skills & Experience Required:
5+ years in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, paid social media). Proven success in improving search engine rankings and organic traffic. Expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager. Experience with Google Search Console, Google My Business, and Google Merchant Centre. Ability to manage large PPC budgets efficiently. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making. Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma). Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge is a plus. Strong copywriting skills for ads, landing pages, and social media. Excellent project management skills. Experience with A/B testing and audience segmentation. Strong problem-solving abilities and growth mindset.Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Facebook Blueprint. Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot). Background in eCommerce or B2B lead generation. Knowledge of UX/UI principles and website optimization. Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and automation.
