DESCRIPTION/COMMENT:
Seeking an SAP Finance Support Consultant with 8-10 years of experience in SAP FICO, including significant exposure to S/4HANA and Project Systems. The role requires expertise in handling incidents and tickets across modules such as GL, AP, AR, AA, cost center, cost elements, internal orders, and project systems. The consultant will be responsible for month-end and year-end processes, troubleshooting, and integrating with WEB Methods, Concur, and HR payroll systems. The ideal candidate should excel in client-facing communication, team management, and problem-solving, with a proven ability to manage work plans and deadlines under pressure.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
The consultant will resolve incidents and tickets, manage month-end/year-end processes, and integrate SAP modules with other systems. They will collaborate with technical teams on solution designs and implementations, ensuring compliance with functional requirements and conducting UT and SIT scenarios.
COMPULSORY SOFT SKILLS:
Client-facing communication skills and management of senior business stakeholders.
Team management and delivery within the FI-CO-PS domain (minimum 4 years).
Business process experience.

COMPULSORY HARDSKILLS:
Deep functional experience in SAP FI-CO and Project Systems, including 2 implementations.
S/4HANA experience in FI-CO and PS.
SAP certification in SAP FI-CO.
Application support and development experience, handling change requests (BRS, functional designs, testing, deployment).
