Knowledge of GRN and Purchase Invoice procedures on Sage X3 advantageous Knowledge of Rebates Calculations - advantageous
DUTIES
Manage daily and weekly Sales Report Weekly and Monthly Bank Recon Sending Bank Deposits to Credit Controller Daily Cashbook Manual matching in Sage X3 Capturing Creditors Invoices into Sage X3 Preparing Creditors Recons Preparing payments on ANZ Bank Personal Expenses Journals - Weekly Capturing Petty Cash - Monthly Assisting with preparation and posting of Quarterly Stock Takes Fixed Asset Register & Depreciation Journal Stock Adjustments in Sage X3 Mange expense variances Assisting Finance Controller with various schedules for Financial Year End and Annual Budgets GL recons Knowledge of GRN and Purchase Invoice procedures on Sage X3 which will be a back up for procurement Knowledge of Rebates Calculations - advantageous Any other admin related work
