Our client is looking for a Technical Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and develop new business opportunities within the industry. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with experience in technical sales and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Identify and acquire new customers, following up on leads within 24 hours.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales volume.
Provide product training and updates to customers as needed.
Address customer complaints through assessments and site visits.
Monitor and manage customer stock levels while communicating price adjustments.
Conduct market surveys and provide competitor insights to management.
Assist with debt collection, customer queries, and overdue accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams on stock management, sales planning, and distribution.
Maintain accurate administrative records and submit reports on time.
