Minimum Requirements:Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field 5 - 8+ Years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a senior or leadership role A strong portfolio showcasing high-level creative work across various platforms Experience working in marketing, advertising, or branding environments Knowledge of AI-driven design tools is an advantage Advanced knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and experience with tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch Experience in motion graphics and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus Experience working with marketing data to optimize design performance Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines Mentor Junior Designers and lead creative discussions Present ideas effectively to Executives and Stakeholders Work with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product & Sales TO APPLY:
