Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport with clients through multiple channels (calls, web, chat, and video) to ensure personalised and efficient service. Take ownership of client queries, issues, and escalations, ensuring effective resolution and satisfaction. Assist customers with online banking, mobile banking, account openings, deposits, withdrawals, and inquiries. Communicate existing and new banking products and services to clients, providing relevant and up-to-date information. Adhere to banking regulations and internal policies to ensure compliance and minimise risks. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.Key Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree, Advanced Diploma (NQF7), or relevant qualification demonstrating numerical capability. Preferred experience in the service or banking/finance industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns. EE Disclaimer:
