Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Contribute towards and drive sales strategies to increase revenue and profit Meeting with potential clients and conduct a needs analysis of requirements. Advise on possible solution/s that will suit their requirements and benefit their future plans Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance to suit their specific training needs Negotiate packages as per the company's mandate Identify opportunities for collaboration with the other entities within the Group Meet and exceed month, quarterly and yearly target in line with the business goals and objectives Ensure external client retention by servicing and providing fir-for-purpose solutions Maintain relationships with internal clients and contractors for seamless execution of projects Actively seek new business opportunities through networking and calling on prospective clients Inherent Requirements:
5 years' experience in a similar industry Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales positions Proficient in MS Office Relevant tertiary qualification Experience within the training and development industry will be advantageous Persuasiveness and influencing proficiency Characteristics:
Ability to collect, gather and analyze data Ability to work independently Ability to multitask Ability to manage time and prioritize accordingly Ability to work in a team environment Competencies:
Conflict management Communication skills - verbal and written Strong business acumen, and negotiation skills Teamwork Ability to work independently Results focus Time management The ability to work to deadlines The ability to perform different tasks simultaneously The ability to work at a fast pace The ability to see tasks and projects through to competition The ability to remain self-motivated Constant attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge and staying abreast of the skills development platform and regulations within the spectrum of service delivery Flexible with regards working in a changing environment and the ability to adjust to new work structures, processes, and requirements as necessary Proactively identifying new areas of learning and using newly gained knowledge and skill on the job Staying abreast with all the legislation that impacts the industry, such as B-BBEE, Employment Equity targets, SDA and SDLA, Tax implications for our clients, ETI and other
