Our Client in Pretoria is looking for a Bookings Clerk to join their dynamic team!


Key Responsibilities:

Manage and schedule service bookings efficiently. Assist customers with inquiries and confirm appointments. Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer details. Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on appointments


Requirements:

Previous experience as a Bookings Clerk in the automotive industry Matric Good Reference Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Proficiency in booking systems and Microsoft Office Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
