We’re looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Account Manager to lead client relationships and uncover exciting new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management: Cultivate strong, long-term connections with new and existing clients across various industries.
- Drive Sales Growth : Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving revenue in key sectors like education, hospitality, corporate, and houses of worship.
- Solution Selling: Collaborate with our expert technical pre-sales team to offer innovative AV solutions tailored to client needs.
- Lead Proposals & Presentations: Develop and present compelling proposals and quotes that showcase our cutting-edge AV products and solutions.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and exceptional service for every client.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest AV technologies and industry trends to provide expert advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve Targets: Exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
- Customer Service Excellence: Handle every client inquiry professionally and resolve any issues promptly, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- + 2 years’ experience in account management or sales within the AV industry.
- Strong knowledge of AV technologies, including audio, video and lighting systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with English as the primary language
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
- Own car essential with a valid RSA drivers license.
