JUNIOR FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER
We are interviewing for a Junior Front of House Manager for our Saloon in Durbanville.
Duties will include:
· Customer service, ensuring that meals and service delivered to customers are of our top standards. Interacting with customers to obtain feedback and build a rapport with customers, including handling complaints.
· Ensuring that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness is maintained in the Saloon, the grooming of Waitrons serving customers, and adherence to the professional dress code.
· Assisting with administrative and planning tasks, such as taking stock of food and equipment supplies, completing purchase orders, and checking stock levels.
· Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence or determine appropriate replacement to fill gaps.
· Ensures all equipment in the Saloon is properly maintained and in working order in accordance with local Health department and business standards.
· Assist Waitrons where necessary with training in customer service, and restaurant etiquette through coaching and feedback.
· Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to positively lead and influence staff.
· Demonstrate honesty, integrity and also lead by example.
