Job Description: La Cote d'Azur Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the entire F&B operations at our stunning resort. This includes the management of the kitchen, restaurant, front-of-house, bar, and on-site shop. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, efficient operations, and high standards of quality throughout all F&B areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service.
  • Ensure kitchen operations are in line with safety and hygiene standards.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Control costs, monitor budgets, and maintain profitability.
  • Develop and implement F&B menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Provide leadership to the front-of-house team to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
  • Monitor bar operations, ensuring consistency and high standards of beverage service.
  • Manage the on-site shop, ensuring stock levels are maintained and a variety of goods are available for guests.

· Monitor guest feedback on social media and Online review platforms such as, Facebook, Trip Advisor, Google, and Hotel surveys.
