Job Description: La Cote d'Azur Resort is seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the entire F&B operations at our stunning resort. This includes the management of the kitchen, restaurant, front-of-house, bar, and on-site shop. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, efficient operations, and high standards of quality throughout all F&B areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Manage, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service.
- Ensure kitchen operations are in line with safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Control costs, monitor budgets, and maintain profitability.
- Develop and implement F&B menus that align with guest preferences and seasonal trends.
- Provide leadership to the front-of-house team to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
- Monitor bar operations, ensuring consistency and high standards of beverage service.
- Manage the on-site shop, ensuring stock levels are maintained and a variety of goods are available for guests.
