Description:

Health and safety:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident reports
  • Coordinate the preparation and delivery of health and safety Induction training for staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Manage the health and safety documentation, including accident/incident reports, safety meeting minutes, and training certifications
  • Conduct routine inspections of workplace environments to identify hazards and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
  • Liaise with external agencies for health and safety audits, inspections, and certifications
  • Compile Health and safety Client specification files
  • Ensure that the Health & safety is up to date (fire extinguishers, first aid boxes etc.)
  • Ensuring all personal protective equipment is documented and kept up to date
  • Handle health and safety audits, as per customer requests
  • Handle admin / coordination of medical care for all injuries on duty

HR Admin:

  • Processing of weekly wages (checking leave forms, overtime sheets etc.)
  • Ensure HR filing is accurate and kept up to date
  • Assist with reports
  • Assist with diciplinary matters (warnings, preparation of hearing documents etc.)
  • General administration as and when required

  • Reside on the East Rand
  • Valid drivers license
