Description:
Health and safety:
- Maintain up-to-date records of safety inspections, audits, risk assessments, and incident reports
- Coordinate the preparation and delivery of health and safety Induction training for staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices
- Manage the health and safety documentation, including accident/incident reports, safety meeting minutes, and training certifications
- Conduct routine inspections of workplace environments to identify hazards and ensure safety protocols are adhered to
- Liaise with external agencies for health and safety audits, inspections, and certifications
- Compile Health and safety Client specification files
- Ensure that the Health & safety is up to date (fire extinguishers, first aid boxes etc.)
- Ensuring all personal protective equipment is documented and kept up to date
- Handle health and safety audits, as per customer requests
- Handle admin / coordination of medical care for all injuries on duty
HR Admin:
- Processing of weekly wages (checking leave forms, overtime sheets etc.)
- Ensure HR filing is accurate and kept up to date
- Assist with reports
- Assist with diciplinary matters (warnings, preparation of hearing documents etc.)
- General administration as and when required
