Key account management
- Achievement of sales targets and increased customer satisfaction
- Direct account responsibility for key customers including sales, technical assistance, customer visit and reports, customer satisfaction activeness, relationship building, queries and complaints
- Group head office accounts management for various group
Targets and Pricing
- Setting and meeting targets and budgets
- Managing margins and promoting growth for the business
- Maximisation of margins and increased profit
- Manage margins and negotiable pricing strategy country wide
- Implement price increase as and when required
- Meet financials goals linked to sales budget to expenses/travel budgets
- Meet sales goals linked to sales budget as agreed with EXCO
- Perform general management duties of the National Sales Team
- Sales leadership to the Internal and External Sales Team
- Management of sales teams in the Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth Branches
- Manage the relevant sales staff including but not limited to training, recruitment,performance management, providing guidance and direction
- Attend meetings and various discussion relating to any areas of National Sales
- Reporting genaral administrative tasks
- Liaising with other departments, customers and other stakeholders
Marketing
- Internet-based activities, web-based and print media
- Promote the recognition of the company, brand and products
Requirements:

- Internal Sales: 4 to 5 years
- External Sales Experience: 5 to 6 years
- 4-7 years related experience in a Technical Sales Environment and/or within the chemical/plastics/powder colour industry. Sales team management experience is a must.
