JOB DESCRIPTIONTenders & Proposals: Identify and evaluate tenders / RFPs / RFIs, compile responses, and track success rates Project Management & Billing: Register projects, update and maintain forecasts, issue invoices and project statements, manage debtors and collections, reconcile payments ISO Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO Processes, conduct audits, and report compliance Petty Cash: Record, allocate, and reconcile monthly expenses General Administration: Manage Financial Records, personnel files, office supplies and assist the Financial / Branch Manager as needed REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Accounting / Bookkeeping Diploma
Minimum three years previous experience, preferably in a similar role in project accounting or project cost control
Skills:
Accounting / Project Management software knowledge essential Proman knowledge (Recommended) Minimum 3 years of Accounting / Bookkeeping experience in a project management environment Meticulous attention to detail, organized and accurate Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, MS Word) Punctual, good time management Excellent communication skills, diplomatic Strong interpersonal skills, keen team player Problem solving Conflict resolution Understanding and experience of ISO requirements and audits NOTE:
