Minimum Requirements:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 10+ years of leadership experience in technology, data management, and digital transformation. Background in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, life sciences, or consumer health preferred. Proven expertise in enterprise data warehousing, AI, big data, ERP, CRM, and cybersecurity. Experience managing teams and leading cross-functional technology initiatives. Ability to travel as required for business needs.
