REQUIREMENTSMatric 1-3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer engagement Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making outbound calls Ability to ask the right questions to qualify leads effectively Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven mindset DUTIES
Lead Screening & qualifying of leads Contact new inbound and outbound leads to assess interest and suitability Ask key questions to determine if leads fit our client profile Log lead information accurately in the CRM system Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups Secure qualified meetings for the Sales team Follow up with warm leads and nurture relationships over time Ensure smooth handover of leads to the appropriate sales representative CRM & Lead Tracking Maintain detailed records of lead interactions Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality and trends Identify potential improvements in the outreach process
Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
