Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments during your shift Ensure a seamless guest experience by being the visible point of contact Manage guest relations, handle queries, and resolve issues promptly Support heads of department with coordination and decision-making Monitor service standards and ensure brand consistency Oversee VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest satisfaction Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a Duty Manager or supervisory role within a luxury hotel Strong communication and leadership skills Proven background in guest relations and conflict resolution Calm, professional presence under pressure Well-presented and confident with a natural sense of hospitality Experience with hotel systems such as Opera is an advantage What the Hotel Offers:
