My client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (Billing) Manager to oversee their billing and banking processes, manage debtor engagement, and lead a high-performing team.If you have a strong background in accounts receivable, financial operations, and stakeholder management, we invite you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Billing & Banking Oversight: Manage end-to-end billing and banking processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Customer Engagement Management: Oversee the debtors customer engagement function to maintain strong relationships and streamline collections. Team Leadership: Lead and develop the billing and banking team, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement. Policy & Procedure Management: Develop, implement, and maintain departmental policies and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness. Reporting & Analysis: Produce timely and accurate reports on billing, banking, and staff performance, providing insights for decision-making. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Collections Manager, Vetting Manager, and Line Manager, to align financial processes and objectives. Training & Development: Ensure that staff are equipped with the necessary skills and training to meet departmental goals effectively.Key Requirements:
Completed Diploma/Degree in Finance or Credit Management. Strong understanding of billing, banking, and accounts receivable processes. Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including journal postings. Experience in staff supervision, reporting, and financial process optimization. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a team effectively.
