Waste Control has a vacancy for a motivated, professional and self-driven Sales Manager to join their team. The Sales manager will be responsible for leading the sales team.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Create and implement sales plans and strategies for the department Ensure that new business leads are followed up at all times Setting sales goals and targets for the department and ensure that the goals and targets are met Building and maintaining professional relationships with other divisions of SA Metal Group Build and promote strong customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their business needs Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to senior management Approving sales quotations and managing tender applications and processes Continuously identifying areas within the sales department in which the business can improve and implementing such improvement
Minimum Qualifying Requirements:
A tertiary qualification in Sales or Marketing A minimum of between 10 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing position At least 5 years management experience Fluent in English and preferably Afrikaans Knowledge and experience of waste management is an advantage Hands-on experience in budgeting and reporting Computer literate - full Microsoft suite Valid Code 08 license and own reliable vehicleAttributes:
