A leading financial institution is seeking a Head of Integrated Channels to drive digital transformation across Africa and South Africa. In this role, youll develop and execute a market-leading strategy focused on digitization, efficiency, and seamless client experiences.
Youll lead the design and implementation of integrated banking channels, develop API-driven solutions, and drive innovation and partnerships to expand market reach. Managing risk, compliance, and cybersecurity will be key, along with optimizing operational processes for speed and transparency.
Youll also serve as a thought leader, strengthening the brand of Integrated Channels internally and externally. To succeed, you need 10+ years of experience running large-scale channel businesses in Africa, with expertise in Payments, Collections, Trade, and Transaction Banking.
A strong track record in API integration, client-centric solutions, and strategic leadership is essential.
