• Handle inventory and supplies
• Drivers licence is a prerequisite
Requirements:
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• Must have extensive knowledge on wines and cocktails
Valid South African ID documentation required
Willing to do a criminal and health check
