A leading company in the chemical sector is looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage key accounts, develop new business, and lead a small team. If you have strong industry knowledge and a knack for relationship management, this could be the perfect opportunity!

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

â Relevant qualification in chemistry, engineering, or a related field.
â Strong key account management experience, with some business development exposure.
â In-depth knowledge of plywood, lamination, and structural timber applications .
â Willingness to travel locally and occasionally cross-border .
â Proven leadership skills – will manage a team of two .

Job Experience & Skills Required:

ð² Manage and grow key client relationships in the timber and sawmill industry.
ð Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the region.
ð¤ Provide technical sales support and solutions tailored to client needs.
ð Oversee and mentor a small sales team , driving performance and growth.
ð Stay updated on market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive.
ð Timber certification experience is highly advantageous.
