Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.

Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

Process orders, returns, and exchanges as needed.

Maintain customer records and update account information.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Handle a high volume of customer interactions with professionalism.
Requirements:

Qualification : Matric Pass.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Internet researcher.

Strong listening skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
