We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join our team as a Booking Administrator/Secretary at VVIP Bookings. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our guest services and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
*Position Title:* Booking Administrator/Secretary
*Location:* Century City Cape Town
*Salary:* R8000 Net per month
*Benefits:* Company phone, laptop, and car provided
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Manage the booking process for guests, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated.
- Check in and assist guests upon arrival, providing them with all necessary information regarding their stay.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members to ensure a smooth operation.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Uphold the company’s standards of service and hospitality.
*Qualifications:*
- A valid driver’s license and a good driving record, as driving is a requirement of the role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality industry, is advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Sundays, as the role requires availability throughout the week.
