Urgently looking for a Project Finance Manager!!!!!Job & Company Description:
This concern is looking for a Project Finance Manager on a 6 months contract basis who will will provide comprehensive support to the Group Finance team throughout continuous improvement projects in the Finance department, completing financial models for feasibilities of planned group projects, and complete post-feasibility assessments on implemented projects.
The key responsibilities for this role will include:
Financial Analysis and Modelling
- Assist with the collection and analysis of financial data for planned projects.
- Build financial models to support project valuation.
- Create commercial terms outlining the key economic aspects of the project.
Transaction Management, Documentation and Communication
- Support the day-to-day management of finance projects across all stages.
- Assist in the preparation of transaction documents, such as NDAs, term sheets, and purchase agreements, where applicable.
- Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external advisors, where applicable.
- Contribute to the creation of board notes and meeting minutes summarizing key project details and decisions.
- Understand and review legal agreements, where applicable, without providing legal advice.
- Research and identify industry trends and best practices relevant to projects.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for management review and approval.
- Maintain transaction timelines and milestones.
As you will be required to hit the ground running extensive experience is essential.
The requirements:
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
Experience:
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting and analysis
- Experience in creating financial models and projections to assess viability of initiatives
- Experience with financial data analysis and research
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
