Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relevant training materials.

  • Stay updated on company products and industry developments.

  • Market and sell training courses.

  • Deliver training sessions and assess trainee performance.

  • Identify training needs for boiler users.

  • Maintain BDTC equipment and ensure facilities are clean and operational.

  • Compile trainee assessments and submit reports.

  • Follow up on quotations and training-related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Training Officer: 2 to 3 years
  • Boiler Training: 2 to 3 years
  • Grade 12.

  • Boiler Attendance Certificate.

  • N2 or N3 in Mechanical Engineering (advantageous).

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Boiler Operator.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Fluent in English (additional national language is an advantage).

  • Professional and presentable.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to engage with customers at all levels.

  • Strong technical knowledge.

  • Independent and able to work under pressure.

Requirements:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Grade 12.

  • Boiler Attendance Certificate.

  • N2 or N3 in Mechanical Engineering (advantageous).

  • Valid driver’s license.

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Boiler Operator.

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Team Leader/Supervisor.

  • Computer literacy.
